God Helps Those Who Help themselves:
Once upon a time, a man named John was very religious. He believed that God would help him in all his troubles and never took any action on his own. One day, John's village was hit by a severe flood, and he had to climb onto the roof of his house to save himself.
As he sat there, he prayed to God to save him. Soon, a rescue boat came by, and the rescuers called him to board. However, John refused, saying he was waiting for God to save him.
The water continued to rise, and John had to climb higher onto the roof. Soon, a helicopter came by, and the rescuers threw down a rope ladder, asking him to climb up. But John again refused, saying he was waiting for God to save him.
Finally, the water rose so high that John was swept away by the current and drowned. When he arrived at heaven's gate, he asked God why he hadn't saved him. God replied, "I sent you a rescue boat and a helicopter, but you refused to take any help. I couldn't have helped you more than that."
The moral of the story is that God helps those who help themselves. We must act to solve our problems, not just rely on divine intervention. We must do our part, and God will do his part.
